Good Eats Program
  • The Good EATS™ Program can be used to Build Muscle, Increase Energy and to maintain a healthy diet. Our Health Coaches can help you choose a meal plan regardless of your goals. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at any time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping cart so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again*. *Please note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability. At certain times we are unable to get the freshest ingredients we need to product meals to our satisfaction. You will be alerted of any changes that need to be made to your order.

  • Our coaches at Good EATS™ will not make you exercise. However, a healthy diet combined with an exercise regimen is part of a healthy lifestyle. In addition, aerobic exercise and muscle strengthening will help you to lose more weight, improve your physique, and maintain a healthy body weight.

  • The Good EATS™ menu contains a list of ingredients for each meal. In addition to looking here before ordering, communicate your allergies with your Health Coach so that they can help you avoid these specific food items. Our meals are prepared in the same facility that handles milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, and soybeans.

  • Our meals, being freshly prepared at each order take time to create. You will receive your meals one week from your purchase date. You will then receive a box each week on that same very day until you change your order preferences. We promise our meals are worth the wait!

  • From time to time we encounter issues out of our control with our delivery vendor. Most of the time these are uncontrollable weather related issues, that make air and road travel impossible. If you did you receive your meals please email your first and last name, billing information, club location to: Support@goodeatsprogram.com.

  • Our team signs off on every box that leaves our facility. However, once in transit our meals are subject to the conditions in air and on the road. if you've received a damaged box please email a photo along with your first and last name, Billing information, club location to: Support@goodeatsprogram.com.

  • We go to great lengths in our Quality Control department to insure your meals are delivered with the highest care. Our team combs through every package prior to it leaving our state-of-the-art facility and hand signs every box for team commitment. While we try our absolute best, occasionally a mistake does happen. If you find an error please email a photo along with your first and last name, Billing information, club location and item missing so we can properly provide you with the correct item to: Support@goodeatsprogram.com.

  • Our affiliate locations require a strong team culture. From the Personal Trainer to bathroom building mechanic its important that everyone at your facility works twords the same goal: Enrich the lives of your membership base.   • Our program works best with a combination of well planned nutrition from a Good Eats Meal Plan Coach and great work outs from a top certified Personal Trainer. While we do make considerations for facilities with great team culture, your members goals are vital in the success of our program.

  • After our first few initial meetings our team will visit your location on site for an internal facility team challenge. We do this to both build excitement at club level and create a platform in which we can educate your team on our program. Once we've completed the initial on boarding process we will work hand in hand with your marketing team to seamlessly integrate our program into your facility.

  • Creating an account is simple! Hover over to the right hand side of any page or simply click get started. Once you've done so you will be brought to a page prompting you to create a user account and password. Once you've done so you are ready to start eating good! From there you will create your user profile, choose your meals, ordering and billing preferences. At check out you will need to put a valid credit card / debit card for us to process your order.

  • Typically this happens when you have forgotten a username or password. If you've done so, simply click "forgot my username or password". You will be emailed the proper credentials. If you are still encountering a problem we are available at any time to help you continue along your health journey.

  • Changing your meals is simple! Simply log into your member account. From there under meals select all new meals from your pre-populated subscription account. Your limits will be based on the plan you subscribe to.
